Yesterday my husband kept the girls home an I was able to go to Wal Mart by myself. I do so much better when I am by myself. We have a mega Wal Mart and it can be a little overwhelming for me, especially on a Saturday!
Everything pictured I got/will get for free and/or I had a coupon. Here is the break down:
Kelloggs cereal on sale for 1.70
coupon for $1 off 1..I had 3 coupons. Ceral for .70 a box is pretty nice!
Carefree Panty liners were $1 each
I had 2 coupons for $1 off 2 pkgs of a carefree product. .50 each.
Pringles were on special for $1 each
I had 2 coupons for $1 off a pringles poduct. FREE!
The lunch meat was $3 a box
I had 2 coupons for $.55 off each box. not the best deal but we needed the meat.
Yo Plus was 2.08 each
I had 2 coupons for $1 off each. 1.08 for each 4 pack. I will take it!
Cookie dough was 2.24
Cookie dough had a mail in rebate for the full price. It did say one per house hold so I will have one sent here to my house, one to my sisters house and one to my mothers house. 3 for FREE!
J&J Buddies soaps. 6 pictured. .97 each
I had 2 coupons for $3 off a minimum $3 J&J purchase. The cashier did adjust the coupon to 2.91. But I got all 6 for FREE so what do I care!?
7 packs of Shick disposable razors (10 pack with a bonus 2 in them) Regular price 1.97.
I had 7 coupons for $3 off a Shick disposable razor purchase. The clerk did adjust the coupons down to the 1.97. It didn’t bother be because I got all the razors for free. I am not that picky about razors. Part of being a penny pincher is you can’t be “married” to too many products.
Once I send in for my rebates I would have spent. $11.14 (plus tax) on the pictured items! The razors and buddy soaps will be donated and the rest will be used by my family.
